英译汉常见错误 | no more than 仅仅，只是，不过

［例句］　Dorothy bought no more than eight apples.
［误译］　多萝西买了不超过8个苹果。
［原意］　多萝西只买了8个苹果。
［说明］　no more than意为“仅仅”、“只是”、“不过”，它与only同义。not more than才是“不超过”、“至多”。
