Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng, also a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, delivered a speech at a meeting celebrating the 70th founding anniversary of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on Oct. 7, 2024. The vice premier led a central delegation to Xinjiang for the occasion.
