《生态保护补偿条例》（以下简称《条例》）自2024年6月1日起施行，《条例》共6章33条，包括明确生态保护补偿的内涵，明确工作原则、健全工作机制，规范财政纵向补偿，完善地区间横向补偿，鼓励推进市场机制补偿，强化保障和监督管理。
Effective on June 1, 2024, the regulations governing ecological protection compensation comprise 33 items in six chapters, specifying details including the connotation of ecological protection compensation, the working principle and mechanism, fiscal vertical compensation, horizontal compensation between regions, market-oriented compensation, and strengthening guarantee, supervision and management.
