119:1 行为完全，遵行耶和华律法的，这人便为有福。
Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD.
119:2 遵守他的法度，一心寻求他的，这人便为有福。
Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.
119:3 这人不做非义的事，但遵行他的道。
They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.
119:4 耶和华阿，你曾将你的训词吩咐我们，为要我们殷勤遵守。
Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently.
119:5 但愿我行事坚定，得以遵守你的律例。
O that my ways were directed to keep thy statutes!
119:6 我看重你的一切命令，就不至于羞愧。
Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all thy commandments.
119:7 我学了你公义的判语，就要以正直的心称谢你。
I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments.
119:8 我必守你的律例。求你总不要丢弃我。
I will keep thy statutes: O forsake me not utterly.
119:9 少年人用什么洁净他的行为呢。是要遵行你的话。
Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.
119:10 我一心寻求了你。求你不要叫我偏离你的命令。
With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.
119:11 我将你的话藏在心里，免得我得罪你。
Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.
119:12 耶和华阿，你是应当称颂的。求你将你的律例教训我。
Blessed art thou, O LORD: teach me thy statutes.
119:13 我用嘴唇传扬你口中的一切典章。
With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth.
119:14 我喜悦你的法度，如同喜悦一切的财物。
I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in all riches.
119:15 我要默想你的训词，看重你的道路。
I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways.
119:16 我要在你的律例中自乐。我不忘记你的话。
I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.
119:17 求你用厚恩待你的仆人，使我存活。我就遵守你的话。
Deal bountifully with thy servant, that I may live, and keep thy word.
119:18 求你开我的眼睛，使我看出你律法中的奇妙。
Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.
119:19 我是在地上作寄居的。求你不要向我隐瞒你的命令。
I am a stranger in the earth: hide not thy commandments from me.
119:20 我时常切慕你的典章，甚至心碎。
My soul breaketh for the longing that it hath unto thy judgments at all times.
119:21 受咒诅ⅱ偏离你命令的骄傲人，你已经责备他们。
Thou hast rebuked the proud that are cursed, which do err from thy commandments.
119:22 求你除掉我所受的羞辱和藐视。因我遵守你的法度。
Remove from me reproach and contempt; for I have kept thy testimonies.
119:23 虽有首领坐着妄论我。你仆人却思想你的律例。
Princes also did sit and speak against me: but thy servant did meditate in thy statutes.
119:24 你的法度，是我所喜乐的，是我的谋士。
Thy testimonies also are my delight and my counsellors.
119:25 我的性命几乎归于尘土。求你照你的话，将我救活。
My soul cleaveth unto the dust: quicken thou me according to thy word.
119:26 我述说我所行的，你应允了我。求你将你的律例教训我。
I have declared my ways, and thou heardest me: teach me thy statutes.
119:27 求你使我明白你的训词，我就思想你的奇事。
Make me to understand the way of thy precepts: so shall I talk of thy wondrous works.
119:28 我的心因愁苦而消化。求你照你的话使我坚立。
My soul melteth for heaviness: strengthen thou me according unto thy word.
119:29 求你使我离开奸诈的道，开恩将你的律法赐给我。
Remove from me the way of lying: and grant me thy law graciously.
119:30 我拣选了忠信的道，将你的典章摆在我面前。
I have chosen the way of truth: thy judgments have I laid before me.
119:31 我持守你的法度。耶和华阿，求你不要叫我羞愧。
I have stuck unto thy testimonies: O LORD, put me not to shame.
119:32 你开广我心的时候，我就往你命令的道上直奔。
I will run the way of thy commandments, when thou shalt enlarge my heart.
119:33 耶和华阿，求你将你的律例指教我，我必遵守到底。
Teach me, O LORD, the way of thy statutes; and I shall keep it unto the end.
119:34 求你赐我悟性，我便遵守你的律法。且要一心遵守。
Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law; yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart.
119:35 求你叫我遵行你的命令。因为这是我所喜乐的。
Make me to go in the path of thy commandments; for therein do I delight.
119:36 求你使我的心，趋向你的法度，不趋向非义之财。
Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, and not to covetousness.
119:37 求你叫我转眼不看虚假，又叫我在你的道中生活。
Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity; and quicken thou me in thy way.
119:38 你向敬畏你的人所应许的话，求你向仆人坚定。
Stablish thy word unto thy servant, who is devoted to thy fear.
119:39 求你使我所怕的羞辱远离我，因你的典章本为美。
Turn away my reproach which I fear: for thy judgments are good.
119:40 我羡慕你的训词。求你使我在你的公义上生活。
Behold, I have longed after thy precepts: quicken me in thy righteousness.
119:41 耶和华阿，愿你照你的话，使你的慈爱，就是你的救恩，临到我身上。
Let thy mercies come also unto me, O LORD, even thy salvation, according to thy word.
119:42 我就有话回答那羞辱我的。因我倚靠你的话。
So shall I have wherewith to answer him that reproacheth me: for I trust in thy word.
119:43 求你叫真理的话，总不离开我口。因我仰望你的典章。
And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in thy judgments.
119:44 我要常守你的律法，直到永永远远。
So shall I keep thy law continually for ever and ever.
119:45 我要自由而行（或作我要行在宽阔之地）。因我素来考究你的训词。
And I will walk at liberty: for I seek thy precepts.
119:46 我也要在君王面前，论说你的法度，并不至于羞愧。
I will speak of thy testimonies also before kings, and will not be ashamed.
119:47 我要在你的命令中自乐。这命令素来是我所爱的。
And I will delight myself in thy commandments, which I have loved.
119:48 我又要遵行（原文作举手）你的命令。这命令素来是我所爱的。我也要思想你的律例。
My hands also will I lift up unto thy commandments, which I have loved; and I will meditate in thy statutes.
119:49 求你记念向你仆人所应许的话，叫我有盼望。
Remember the word unto thy servant, upon which thou hast caused me to hope.
119:50 这话将我救活了。我在患难中，因此得安慰。
This is my comfort in my affliction: for thy word hath quickened me.
119:51 骄傲的人甚侮慢我。我却未曾偏离你的律法。
The proud have had me greatly in derision: yet have I not declined from thy law.
119:52 耶和华阿，我记念你从古以来的典章，就得了安慰。
I remembered thy judgments of old, O LORD; and have comforted myself.
119:53 我见恶人离弃你的律法，就怒气发作，犹如火烧。
Horror hath taken hold upon me because of the wicked that forsake thy law.
119:54 我在世寄居，素来以你的律例为诗歌。
Thy statutes have been my songs in the house of my pilgrimage.
119:55 耶和华阿，我夜间记念你的名，遵守你的律法。
I have remembered thy name, O LORD, in the night, and have kept thy law.
119:56 我所以如此，是因我守你的训词。
This I had, because I kept thy precepts.
119:57 耶和华是我的福分。我曾说，我要遵守你的言语。
Thou art my portion, O LORD: I have said that I would keep thy words.
119:58 我一心求过你的恩。愿你照你的话怜悯我。
I intreated thy favour with my whole heart: be merciful unto me according to thy word.
119:59 我思想我所行的道，就转步归向你的法度。
I thought on my ways, and turned my feet unto thy testimonies.
119:60 我急忙遵守你的命令，并不迟延。
I made haste, and delayed not to keep thy commandments.
119:61 恶人的绳索缠绕我。我却没有忘记你的律法。
The bands of the wicked have robbed me: but I have not forgotten thy law.
119:62 我因你公义的典章，半夜必起来称谢你。
At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto thee because of thy righteous judgments.
119:63 凡敬畏你，守你训词的人，我都与他作伴。
I am a companion of all them that fear thee, and of them that keep thy precepts.
119:64 耶和华阿，你的慈爱遍满大地。求你将你的律例教训我。
The earth, O LORD, is full of thy mercy: teach me thy statutes.
119:65 耶和华阿，你向来是照你的话善待仆人。
Thou hast dealt well with thy servant, O LORD, according unto thy word.
119:66 求你将精明和知识赐给我。因我信了你的命令。
Teach me good judgment and knowledge: for I have believed thy commandments.
119:67 我未受苦以先，走迷了路，现在却遵守你的话。
Before I was afflicted I went astray: but now have I kept thy word.
119:68 你本为善，所行的也善。求你将你的律例教训我。
Thou art good, and doest good; teach me thy statutes.
119:69 骄傲人编造谎言攻击我。我却要一心守你的训词。
The proud have forged a lie against me: but I will keep thy precepts with my whole heart.
119:70 他们心蒙脂油。我却喜爱你的律法。
Their heart is as fat as grease; but I delight in thy law.
119:71 我受苦是与我有益，为要使我学习你的律例。
It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn thy statutes.
119:72 你口中的训言（或作律法），与我有益，胜于千万的金银。
The law of thy mouth is better unto me than thousands of gold and silver.
119:73 你的手制造我，建立我。求你赐我悟性，可以学习你的命令。
Thy hands have made me and fashioned me: give me understanding, that I may learn thy commandments.
119:74 敬畏你的人见我，就要欢喜。因我仰望你的话。
They that fear thee will be glad when they see me; because I have hoped in thy word.
119:75 耶和华阿，我知道你的判语是公义的。你使我受苦，是以诚实待我。
I know, O LORD, that thy judgments are right, and that thou in faithfulness hast afflicted me.
119:76 求你照着应许仆人的话，以慈爱安慰我。
Let, I pray thee, thy merciful kindness be for my comfort, according to thy word unto thy servant.
119:77 愿你的慈悲临到我，使我存活。因你的律法是我所喜爱的。
Let thy tender mercies come unto me, that I may live: for thy law is my delight.
119:78 愿骄傲人蒙羞。因为他们无理地倾覆我。但我要思想你的训词。
Let the proud be ashamed; for they dealt perversely with me without a cause: but I will meditate in thy precepts.
119:79 愿敬畏你的人归向我，他们就知道你的法度。
Let those that fear thee turn unto me, and those that have known thy testimonies.
119:80 愿我的心在你的律例上完全，使我不致蒙羞。
Let my heart be sound in thy statutes; that I be not ashamed.
119:81 我心渴想你的救恩，仰望你的应许。
My soul fainteth for thy salvation: but I hope in thy word.
119:82 我因盼望你的应许，眼睛失明，说，你何时安慰我。
Mine eyes fail for thy word, saying, When wilt thou comfort me?
119:83 我好像烟薰的皮袋。却不忘记你的律例。
For I am become like a bottle in the smoke; yet do I not forget thy statutes.
119:84 你仆人的年日有多少呢。你几时向逼迫我的人施行审判呢。
How many are the days of thy servant? when wilt thou execute judgment on them that persecute me?
119:85 不从你律法的骄傲人，为我掘了坑。
The proud have digged pits for me, which are not after thy law.
119:86 你的命令尽都诚实。他们无理地逼迫我，求你帮助我。
All thy commandments are faithful: they persecute me wrongfully; help thou me.
119:87 他们几乎把我从世上灭绝，但我没有离弃你的训词。
They had almost consumed me upon earth; but I forsook not thy precepts.
119:88 求你照你的慈爱将我救活。我就遵守你口中的法度。
Quicken me after thy lovingkindness; so shall I keep the testimony of thy mouth.
119:89 耶和华阿，你的话安定在天，直到永远。
For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.
119:90 你的诚实存到万代。你坚定了地，地就长存。
Thy faithfulness is unto all generations: thou hast established the earth, and it abideth.
119:91 天地照你的安排，存到今日。万物都是你的仆役。
They continue this day according to thine ordinances: for all are thy servants.
119:92 我若不是喜爱你的律法，早就在苦难中灭绝了。
Unless thy law had been my delights, I should then have perished in mine affliction.
119:93 我永不忘记你的训词。因你用这训词将我救活了。
I will never forget thy precepts: for with them thou hast quickened me.
119:94 我是属你的，求你救我，因我寻求了你的训词。
I am thine, save me; for I have sought thy precepts.
119:95 恶人等待我，要灭绝我，我却要揣摩你的法度。
The wicked have waited for me to destroy me: but I will consider thy testimonies.
119:96 我看万事尽都有限。惟有你的命令，极其宽广。
I have seen an end of all perfection: but thy commandment is exceeding broad.
119:97 我何等爱慕你的律法，终日不住地思想。
O how love I thy law! it is my meditation all the day.
119:98 你的命令常存在我心里，使我比仇敌有智慧。
Thou through thy commandments hast made me wiser than mine enemies: for they are ever with me.
119:99 我比我的师傅更通达。因我思想你的法度。
I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies are my meditation.
119:100 我比年老的更明白，因我守了你的训词。
I understand more than the ancients, because I keep thy precepts.
119:101 我禁止我脚走一切的邪路，为要遵守你的话。
I have refrained my feet from every evil way, that I might keep thy word.
119:102 我没有偏离你的典章，因为你教训了我。
I have not departed from thy judgments: for thou hast taught me.
119:103 你的言语，在我上膛何等甘美。在我口中比蜜更甜。
How sweet are thy words unto my taste! yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth!
119:104 我藉着你的训词，得以明白。所以我恨一切的假道。
Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.
119:105 你的话是我脚前的灯，是我路上的光。
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
119:106 你公义的典章，我曾起誓遵守，我必按誓而行。
I have sworn, and I will perform it, that I will keep thy righteous judgments.
119:107 我甚是受苦。耶和华阿，求你照你的话将我救活。
I am afflicted very much: quicken me, O LORD, according unto thy word.
119:108 耶和华阿，求你悦纳我口中的赞美为供物，又将你的典章教训我。
Accept, I beseech thee, the freewill offerings of my mouth, O LORD, and teach me thy judgments.
119:109 我的性命常在危险之中，我却不忘记你的律法。
My soul is continually in my hand: yet do I not forget thy law.
119:110 恶人为我设下网罗。我却没有偏离你的训词。
The wicked have laid a snare for me: yet I erred not from thy precepts.
119:111 我以你的法度为永远的产业。因这是我心中所喜爱的。
Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever: for they are the rejoicing of my heart.
119:112 我的心专向你的律例，永远遵行，一直到底。
I have inclined mine heart to perform thy statutes alway, even unto the end.
119:113 心怀二意的人，为我所恨。但你的律法，为我所爱。
I hate vain thoughts: but thy law do I love.
119:114 你是我藏身之处，又是我的盾牌。我甚仰望你的话语。
Thou art my hiding place and my shield: I hope in thy word.
119:115 作恶的人哪，你们离开我吧，我好遵守我神的命令。
Depart from me, ye evildoers: for I will keep the commandments of my God.
119:116 求你照你的话扶持我，使我存活，也不叫我因失望而害羞。
Uphold me according unto thy word, that I may live: and let me not be ashamed of my hope.
119:117 求你扶持我，我便得救，时常看重你的律例。
Hold thou me up, and I shall be safe: and I will have respect unto thy statutes continually.
119:118 凡偏离你律例的人，你都轻弃他们。因为他们的诡诈必归虚空。
Thou hast trodden down all them that err from thy statutes: for their deceit is falsehood.
119:119 凡地上的恶人，你除掉他，好像除掉渣滓。因此我爱你的法度。
Thou puttest away all the wicked of the earth like dross: therefore I love thy testimonies.
119:120 我因惧怕你，肉就发抖。我也怕你的判语。
My flesh trembleth for fear of thee; and I am afraid of thy judgments.
119:121 我行过公平和公义。求你不要撇下我给欺压我的人。
I have done judgment and justice: leave me not to mine oppressors.
119:122 求你为仆人作保，使我得好处。不容骄傲人欺压我。
Be surety for thy servant for good: let not the proud oppress me.
119:123 我因盼望你的救恩，和你公义的话，眼睛失明。
Mine eyes fail for thy salvation, and for the word of thy righteousness.
119:124 求你照你的慈爱待仆人，将你的律例教训我。
Deal with thy servant according unto thy mercy, and teach me thy statutes.
119:125 我是你的仆人。求你赐我悟性，使我得知你的法度。
I am thy servant; give me understanding, that I may know thy testimonies.
119:126 这是耶和华降罚的时候，因人废了你的律法。
It is time for thee, LORD, to work: for they have made void thy law.
119:127 所以，我爱你的命令胜于金子，更胜于精金。
Therefore I love thy commandments above gold; yea, above fine gold.
119:128 你一切的训词，在万事上我都以为正直。我却恨恶一切假道。
Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; and I hate every false way.
119:129 你的法度奇妙，所以我一心谨守。
Thy testimonies are wonderful: therefore doth my soul keep them.
119:130 你的言语一解开，就发出亮光，使愚人通达。
The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.
119:131 我张口而气喘。因我切慕你的命令。
I opened my mouth, and panted: for I longed for thy commandments.
119:132 求你转向我，怜悯我，好像你素常待那些爱你名的人。
Look thou upon me, and be merciful unto me, as thou usest to do unto those that love thy name.
119:133 求你用你的话，使我脚步稳当，不许什么罪孽辖制我。
Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.
119:134 求你救我脱离人的欺压。我要遵守你的训词。
Deliver me from the oppression of man: so will I keep thy precepts.
119:135 求你用脸光照仆人。又将你的律例教训我。
Make thy face to shine upon thy servant; and teach me thy statutes.
119:136 我的眼泪下流成河，因为他们不守你的律法。
Rivers of waters run down mine eyes, because they keep not thy law.
119:137 耶和华阿，你是公义的，你的判语也是正直的。
Righteous art thou, O LORD, and upright are thy judgments.
119:138 你所命定的法度，是凭公义和至诚。
Thy testimonies that thou hast commanded are righteous and very faithful.
119:139 我心焦急，如同火烧，因我敌人忘记你的言语。
My zeal hath consumed me, because mine enemies have forgotten thy words.
119:140 你的话极其精炼。所以你的仆人喜爱。
Thy word is very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it.
119:141 我微小，被人藐视。却不忘记你的训词。
I am small and despised: yet do not I forget thy precepts.
119:142 你的公义永远长存。你的律法尽都真实。
Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is the truth.
119:143 我遭遇患难愁苦。你的命令却是我所喜爱的。
Trouble and anguish have taken hold on me: yet thy commandments are my delights.
119:144 你的法度永远是公义的。求你赐我悟性，我就活了。
The righteousness of thy testimonies is everlasting: give me understanding, and I shall live.
119:145 耶和华阿，我一心呼吁你。求你应允我，我必谨守你的律例。
I cried with my whole heart; hear me, O LORD: I will keep thy statutes.
119:146 我向你呼吁，求你救我。我要遵守你的法度。
I cried unto thee; save me, and I shall keep thy testimonies.
119:147 我趁天未亮呼求。我仰望了你的言语。
I prevented the dawning of the morning, and cried: I hoped in thy word.
119:148 我趁夜更未换，将眼睁开，为要思想你的话语。
Mine eyes prevent the night watches, that I might meditate in thy word.
119:149 求你照你的慈爱听我的声音。耶和华阿，求你照你的典章，将我救活。
Hear my voice according unto thy lovingkindness: O LORD, quicken me according to thy judgment.
119:150 追求奸恶的人临近了。他们远离你的律法。
They draw nigh that follow after mischief: they are far from thy law.
119:151 耶和华阿，你与我相近。你一切的命令尽都真实。
Thou art near, O LORD; and all thy commandments are truth.
119:152 我因学你的法度，久已知道是你永远立定的。
Concerning thy testimonies, I have known of old that thou hast founded them for ever.
119:153 求你看顾我的苦难，搭救我，因我不忘记你的律法。
Consider mine affliction, and deliver me: for I do not forget thy law.
119:154 求你为我辨屈，救赎我，照你的话将我救活。
Plead my cause, and deliver me: quicken me according to thy word.
119:155 救恩远离恶人。因为他们不寻求你的律例。
Salvation is far from the wicked: for they seek not thy statutes.
119:156 耶和华阿，你的慈悲本为大。求你照你的典章将我救活。
Great are thy tender mercies, O LORD: quicken me according to thy judgments.
119:157 逼迫我的，抵挡我的，很多，我却没有偏离你的法度。
Many are my persecutors and mine enemies; yet do I not decline from thy testimonies.
119:158 我看见奸恶的人，就甚憎恶，因为他们不遵守你的话。
I beheld the transgressors, and was grieved; because they kept not thy word.
119:159 你看我怎样爱你的训词。耶和华阿，求你照你的慈爱将我救活。
Consider how I love thy precepts: quicken me, O LORD, according to thy lovingkindness.
119:160 你话的总纲是真实。你一切公义的典章是永远长存。
Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.
119:161 首领无故地逼迫我。但我的心畏惧你的言语。
Princes have persecuted me without a cause: but my heart standeth in awe of thy word.
119:162 我喜爱你的话，好像人得了许多掳物。
I rejoice at thy word, as one that findeth great spoil.
119:163 谎话是我所恨恶所憎嫌的。惟你的律法，是我所爱的。
I hate and abhor lying: but thy law do I love.
119:164 我因你公义的典章，一天七次赞美你。
Seven times a day do I praise thee because of thy righteous judgments.
119:165 爱你律法的人，有大平安。什么都不能使他们绊脚。
Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them.
119:166 耶和华阿，我仰望了你的救恩，遵行了你的命令。
LORD, I have hoped for thy salvation, and done thy commandments.
119:167 我心里守了你的法度。这法度我甚喜爱。
My soul hath kept thy testimonies; and I love them exceedingly.
119:168 我遵守了你的训词和法度。因我一切所行的，都在你面前。
I have kept thy precepts and thy testimonies: for all my ways are before thee.
119:169 耶和华阿，愿我的呼吁达到你面前，照你的话赐我悟性。
Let my cry come near before thee, O LORD: give me understanding according to thy word.
119:170 愿我的恳求达到你面前，照你的话搭救我。
Let my supplication come before thee: deliver me according to thy word.
119:171 愿我的嘴发出赞美的话。因为你将律例教训我。
My lips shall utter praise, when thou hast taught me thy statutes.
119:172 愿我的舌头歌唱你的话。因你一切的命令尽都公义。
My tongue shall speak of thy word: for all thy commandments are righteousness.
119:173 愿你用手帮助我。因我拣选了你的训词。
Let thine hand help me; for I have chosen thy precepts.
119:174 耶和华阿，我切慕你的救恩。你的律法也是我所喜爱的。
I have longed for thy salvation, O LORD; and thy law is my delight.
119:175 愿我的性命存活，得以赞美你。愿你的典章帮助我。
Let my soul live, and it shall praise thee; and let thy judgments help me.
119:176 我如亡羊走迷了路。求你寻梢仆人。因我不忘记你的命令。
I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek thy servant; for I do not forget thy commandments.
