translate from, translate into, do into, render into, turn into 与 put into 这些短语都可以用作“翻译”的意思。
(1) ①translate from指“从……翻译来”。
- This book was first translated from French in 1930s.
这本书最早是20世纪30年代从法语翻译而来。
②translate into指“把……翻译成……”。
- Translate the following sentences into English, using the words or phrases given in the brackets.

③translate into还可作“解释，使变化(为)”解。
