商务部7月19日宣布，经国务院批准，在上海市、北京市、广州市、天津市、重庆市，率先开展国际消费中心城市培育建设。培育国际消费中心城市，是党中央、国务院作出的重大战略部署，对服务构建新发展格局、推动经济高质量发展具有重要意义。
