Coffee is one of the most popular beverages in the world. The history of coffee goes at least as far back as the 10th century. As a western beverage, coffee helps us to understand more about western culture.

There are various types of coffee and the top favorite types include espresso, Americano, cappuccino, café latte and café mocha.

“Espresso” is an Italian word, meaning “on the spur of the moment” and “for you”. Espresso is made by forcing very hot water under high pressure through finely ground coffee. It is known as “the essence of the coffee drinking world”, and people believe that “a café without espresso is no café at all”. Americano is an espresso shot that is diluted to taste with hot water. It is recommended to new coffee enthusiasts who may find the espresso taste too strong. Cappuccino and café latte are coffee-based drinks prepared with espresso, hot milk, and steamed milk foam. Girls often love the rich foam and the moment of romance they would bring. Café mocha is a variant of latte. It is one part espresso with one part chocolate syrup and two or three parts of frothed milk.
