有一读者问： 请问如何选择填空？

A.it very easy for doing. B.very easy to do it.
C.it very easy to do. D.it very easy to do it.
命题人也许认为只有C是对的，其实D也不能算错。让我们举一个其结构与D完全相同的例子吧：
(2)This pattern needs special practice as Chinese students may find it difficult to get used to it. （第一个 it 是形式宾语）
当然，比较起来，C较D可取，因为它较简洁。更简洁的说法是“We found it very easy.”。命题人自然不会将它列入，否则考生会更难于选择。
最后，也许有必要把C和D中出现的三个 it 再分别说明一下：
1. C中的 it 是代词，代表问句中的 the test。
2. D中的第一个 it 是引词，是形式宾语，真实宾语是 to do it。
3. D中的第二个 it 也是代表问句中 the test 的代词。
