命令句如何转述？

有一读者问： 有这样一句话：

(1)“Don't do that again,” he said.

可否转述为：

(2)He asked me not to do that again.

上述句（1）中的直接引语表命令，故而应转述为：

(3)He told me not to do that again.

但如将上述句（1）改为：

(4)“Don't do that again, please,” he said.

就可以用上述句（2）转述了。

总之，要牢记： tell表命令，ask表请求。
