henceforward不及henceforth普通。henceforwards现在不用。

henceforth比henceforward普通，但除了在正式的文字里以外，现在也比较少用。

hence（所以）后面接上名词就成了完整的句子，如Hence this book（所以有这本书）和Hence the advisability of trying again（所以再试一下是好的）。
