为加强中国时政术语对外译介的标准化和规范化，助力提升国家翻译能力建设的精准性和实效性，当代中国与世界研究院、中国翻译研究院汇总梳理2012-2018年中国时政术语，结合对外话语创新工作需要，按照“五位一体”总体布局的谋划部署，从政治、经济、文化、社会、生态文明、外交、全球化等七个方面分类遴选450余条汉英对照关键词汇，经中国翻译协会国家重大翻译项目审定工作委员会和中国翻译研究院重点翻译任务统筹工作机制研商审定，现对外发布，供业界及相关人员参考使用。
