区别辨析 be/get/become/grow used/accustomed/habituated to, be used/accustomed to do 与 get the feel of

(1) be/get/become/grow used/accustomed/habituated to 意思和用法相同,都表示“(已)习惯于……”,只是habituated不如used, accustomed常用。

used, accustomed, habituated 均为形容词,to为介词,后接名词、代词或动名词。用be时,表示已形成的状态;用get, become或grow时,则表示由不习惯到习惯的变化。

  • I' m fully used/accustomed to dealing with matters of this sort.
    对付这类事情我已完全习惯了。
  • To work in such a place you have to be habituated to these things.
    在这样一个地方工作,你得习惯这些事情。
  • After many weeks of living together in the same cage, the little tiger and the little dog became habituated to each other.
    在同一笼子里一起生活了许多周之后,这只小老虎和小狗已互相习惯了。
  • To take this job you'll have to grow habituated to getting up early in the morning.
    接受这份工作你得习惯早晨早起。
  • When the three animals grew accustomed to each other they made a most successful circus act.

 (2) be used/accustomed to do意思是“惯于/常做某事,经常做某事”,此用法不太常用。

  • He is used to go about alone.
    他习惯于独自一人四处走动。
  • He is accustomed to walk in the woods.
    他习惯在树林里散步。

 (3) get the feel of 意思是“找到……的感觉,对……习惯/熟练起来”,等于be used to。

  • I haven't got the feel of this new car yet. (=I'm not used to it.)
    对这新车我还没找到感觉呢。
  • You'll get the feel of the new job after you've been there a few weeks.
    你在那里待上几周之后,你就会习惯新工作。
