有一读者问是否将：

这一句中的to publish改为to be published较好些。
可以用to be published,但to publish似乎更为常见。在当代英语中，也有常用被动不定式的情况。这种不定式的被动式与谓语动词的被动式一起即构成语法家们所谓的“双重被动式”，比较典型的例子有：
(2)The man was ordered to be shot .
(3)No building is allowed to be erected without special permission .
(4)The truth was attempted to be concealed.
