这两个句子应如何分析？

有一读者问：下面两个句子是否都对？ 应如何分析？

(1)I didn't know who was he.

(2)I didn't know who he was.

两个句子都是对的，例（1）较口语化。 例（1）的who was he 是主、系、表结构，例（2）的who he was 是“表语+主语+连系动词结构”。
