The destruction from tornadoes in Texas has been all over the news and all I can think about is whether or not you and your family are safe. I hope you are far out of harm's way and the devastation that is happening there now is not affecting you or your loved ones.I can't remember the name of the small town your family is from in Texas, but I hope it is far enough removed from the path of the tornado.Please send me a note as soon as possible to let me know how you are doing and if there is anything I can do to help.

Don't worry, we're OK！I have seen the news reports about the tornado, too. Rest assured we are very far from where it touched down.Thanks for your concern, but luckily, in Amarillo we haven't had as much as a gust of wind.I feel very sorry for the folks who were in the tornado's path.The news reports and footage from the disaster have been constant and it brings me to tears to see how some families have lost everything.I think there is a fund for the victims through the Red Cross, I plan on donating.
