说“保险”现在用insure，不用ensure，说“保証”用insure远不及用ensure普通。

在英国通常用enrol，在美国通常用enroll。

enquiry不及inquiry普通

enquire不及inquire普通，参见inquire。在美国通常用inquire，名词用inquiry。

注意下面各句里enough前面的名词前都没有a：

enormity（极恶）现在不用作enormousness（巨大）解。

enjoy后面接动名词，不接不定式，如I enjoy hunting for new idioms里的hunting不可改作to hunt。
