(1) crow over表示①为自己取得的成就而高兴；②对某人的失败或不幸感到幸灾乐祸。

• Our team are crowing over their victory.

• It's unkind to crow over a fellow student who has failed his examination.
  对一个考试不及格的同学幸灾乐祸是不好的。

 (2) exult at/in意思是“为(某事)感到高兴”，较正式。

• The whole family exulted at Jim's success.
  全家都对吉姆的成功感到高兴。
• Our team are exulting in their victory.
  我们队正在为他们的胜利高兴呢。

 (3) exult over意为“对某人的失败或不幸幸灾乐祸”。

• It's unkind to exult over a fellow student's failure.
  对一个同学的失败幸灾乐祸是不好的。

 (4) gloat over指怀着心满意足的心理洋洋自得地去看或想自己的财富、金钱、成功等；幸灾乐祸于别人的不幸或失败。

• Our team are gloating over our victory.
  我们队正在为自己的胜利洋洋自得。
• Don't you think it's a little unkind to gloat over your competitor's failure?
  你不认为对你的竞争对手的失败幸灾乐祸有点不厚道吗?
• Why are you gloating over Jane's not being invited? What is it to you?

 (5) revel in是对某人、某事或做某事感到洋洋自得或高兴。
