区别辨析 like 与 would like

 (1) ①like后接动名词,常用来表示习惯性的“喜欢,爱好”。

  • A: Do you like dancing?
    你爱跳舞吗?
    B: Yes, but I don't often get the chance.
    是的,但我通常没有机会跳。
  • like swimming in the sea very much.
    我非常喜欢在大海中游泳。

②如指一次具体场合,通常用不定式。

  • I like to do some reading this evening instead of going to the theater.
    今晚我想看看书,而不愿去看戏。

③接不定式也可表示习惯,特别是在美式英语中。

  • In the evenings, I like to see friends or listen to music.
    晚上,我喜欢去看看朋友或听听音乐。

④like用在从句中,特别是在if you like, when you like之类的句子中,表示“想要”,这时,可以不带宾语。

  • Come when you like .
    你想来时就来。
  • A: Can I go now?
    我现在可以走吗?
    B: If you like .
    如果你想走就走吧。

 (2) ①would like常用来表示“想要”,特别是用于客气的请求或主动做某事时,其后必须接不定式。

  • Would you like to play tennis with me?
    你想和我打网球吗?
  • I'd like to go for a walk, if that is all right.
    如果可以的话,我想去散步。
  • A: How about playing tennis?
    打打网球怎么样?
    B: Yes, I'd like to .
    好呀。

②would like可与不定式的完成式连用,表示希望做到某事(实际上未做到)。

  • I'd like to have seen his face when he opened the letter. (=I wish I'd seen his face...)
    我真想看到他拆信时的表情。

③这种意思也可用I would have liked接不定式或不定式的完成式来表达。

  • I'd have liked to see his face when he opened the letter.
    我真想看到他拆信时的表情。
  • I'd have liked to have seen his face when he opened the letter.
    我真想看到他拆信时的表情。
