(1) think fit/good/proper/right意为“认为……是合适的、好的、适当的、对的”。

• It's not my place to advise you: do as you think fit .
  我不适合为你提建议：你认为该怎么做就怎么做。
• The chairman didn't think fit to summon a meeting at once.
  主席认为立即召开会议是不合适的。
• Do you think (it) fit to do what he suggested?
  你认为按他的建议去做合适吗？

 (2) 有时为音韵和谐，可在good, proper, right等前加it，作为不定式短语的先行词。

• Do you think it fit to discuss the problem now?
  你认为现在讨论这个问题合适吗？

 (3) find fit, see fit的意思和用法与think fit/good/proper/right相同。

• Feel free to make any necessary changes as you see fit .
  如果你认为合适的话，你可以随意作任何必要的变动。
• We can discuss the matter tomorrow if you see fit/find fit.
  如果你认为合适的话，我们可以明天讨论这个问题。
