[正] He called me from NewYork.
[注] to call/ring person or place 给某人或某处打电话，可用 call 或 ring，后面不必加 to。call to (somebody) 表示“大声叫喊”。例如：He called to her from the other side of the street. 他从马路对面大声叫她。
