[注] above 作介词用时与介词 beyond 有时可以替换，但大多数情况下却不能。描述“风景美得无法形容”时，应用 beyond description 而不用 above description. 再如：beyond my reach (超出我的能力范围)，不能换为 above my reach；反之 above classes(超阶级的)，也不能改为 beyond classes。
