参考答案是C，但我认为这个句子的正确语序应是：

上述两句都正确。上述句（1）中人称代词先出现的情况在英语里是一种常见的现象，再如：
(3)When they had obeyed his orders, the three men left without a word.（人称代词they出现在其所指代的the three men之前）
(4)Though he did not know it, Jerome was now close to the sea...（人称代词he先出现，指代其后的名词Jerome）
(5)From the other side of the room where he was reading a glossy magazine Casson laughed.（人称代词he先出现，指代其后的名词Casson）
(6)Without a dry stitch on them Alexander watched his men to the riverbanks.（人称代词them先出现，指代其后的his men）
不仅人称代词可以先出现，物主代词同样也可以先出现，如：
(7)In her speech the teacher mentioned my name.（物主代词her先出现）
(8)Commenting on their performances, the coach said that his players had got their baptism of international fire.（物主代词their先出现）
其实，代词先出现的现象并不难理解。一般说来，这种代词多出现在用作状语的短语或从句中，而我们知道，英语中状语的位置是比较灵活的，往往既可置于句首，亦可置于句末。代词所在的状语亦是如此。这种状语亦可置于句首或置于句末。如置于句首，代词就变为先出现；如置于句末，代词就变为后出现。在英语中，这是很自然的事，但对习惯于汉语词序的中国学生来说，代词先出现就有点奇怪了。
