答案是A，为什么不可选B呢？
这句话用的句型是As..., so...。这是一种较为古旧的句型。这不是一种并列句，而是一种主从复合句。在这一复合句中，常将表示比较（即犹如，同样也）的as从句置于句首，以强调副词so引导的主句。此一句型常用于谚语、比例等，如：

此句型也常用于内含因果的谚语，如：

为了强调主句中的副词so，主句即可用倒装结构，将助动词或be和have移至主语之前，上述句（3）与句（6）即可分别变为：

再如：
(14)As times change, so should people's ideas.
(15)As the arrow is to the target, so is Marxism-Leninism to the Chinese revolution.
因此，具体到上述句（1），既可选A，亦可选B，但如要顺调so,那就应选A。
