如何分析与理解leader declared wanted by the police?

(1)Moshood Abiola, Nigeria's opposition leader declared wanted by the police, was arrested early yesterday morning in his residence here after addressing a rally of his supporters.

Nigeria's opposition leader declared wanted by the police?

其后的declared wanted by the police是一过去分词短语,用作定语,修饰Nigeria's opposition leader。

(2)who was declared wanted by the police

如果还不清楚,那就试将被动结构who was declared wanted by the police变为主动结构如下:

(3)whom the police declared wanted

(4)I declare the meeting closed.

(5)They declared themselves completely puzzled by the lack of evidence.

(6)She was declared elected to the committee.

(7)They declared him king.

(8)She declared herself innocent.

(9)He was declared king.

(10)At the trial she was declared innocent.
