答案为B，但我认为应是A，因为neither...nor否定了两个宾语，该句可转化为：

这里的附加疑问句既可用did he,亦可用used he。但据权威语法著作《英语语法大全》 （A Comprehensive Grammar of the English Language ）说，在附加疑问句中通常皆用助动词do，换言之，这里通常皆用did he。再如：

应填has he, 因为few表否定。当陈述部分含有no, little, few, none, nobody, nothing, never, seldom, hardly, scarcely等否定词时，附加疑问句应用肯定结构，再如：

第一对句子（即句[1]与句[2]）中的反意疑问句不是对主句提出疑问，而是对宾语从句（即省去 that 的从句）提出疑问。
